Yes. We carry £1,000,000 of public liability insurance. Ask and we will send you a copy of the certificate before we start.
Yes. A new roof with new tiles carries a twenty five year guarantee. Where we renew the felt and battens and put your existing tiles back on, that carries ten years, and so does a dry ridge system. Repairs vary job to job, so we tell you what the guarantee is at the point we quote rather than leaving you to ask.
No. Quotes are free and there is no obligation. We would far rather come out and tell you it is a small job than leave you worrying it is a big one.
As fast as we can fit you in. If water is actively coming into the house, ring rather than message and we will tell you honestly when we can get there.
We work out of Derby and cover Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and across into Staffordshire as far as Burton upon Trent and Uttoxeter. If you are just outside that it is still worth asking.
For a full re-roof or most chimney work, yes, and it is a legal requirement rather than an upsell. Smaller repairs can often be done from ladders or a roof ladder.
