These terms cover the use of this website and the basis on which we quote for and carry out work. They are not intended to be complicated.
We keep the information here accurate and up to date as best we can, but it is general information about roofing rather than advice on your particular roof. Nothing on this site is a quote.
Quotes are free, given in writing and hold for a reasonable period, which we will state at the time. A quote covers the work described in it. If we open a roof up and find something that was not visible when we quoted, such as rotten timbers, we will stop, show you and agree the extra with you before carrying on.
We will agree a start date with you and keep you informed if weather moves it, which in roofing it sometimes does. Access and scaffolding are arranged as part of the job unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Payment terms are set out on the quote. We do not ask for large deposits before we have started.
