Getting back to you, quoting the work and carrying it out. That is all. We do not sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Enquiries that do not become jobs are cleared out once they are clearly not going anywhere. Records of work we have actually done are kept for as long as we need them for tax and for any question about the job later.
If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation sits in WhatsApp and is covered by their privacy terms as well as this one.
